Favoured policy:
Egypt's import and export trade is mainly import, and it depends on the international market to a certain extent. In order to promote the development of foreign trade, Egypt has taken a series of measures, such as further trade liberalization, reduction of tariffs, reduction of operating costs, enhancement of transparency in foreign trade management, adoption of incentives, improvement of port services, customs procedures, quality control and product standards. In addition, import tariffs have been drastically lowered to reduce the production costs of domestic enterprises and to support the development of national industries. All these provide a good market environment for foreign enterprises to enter the Egyptian and Middle East markets.
