Application and characteristics:
The production line of lap-welded aluminium-plastic composite pipe is used to produce thin-walled aluminium pipe with PE, PPR, PERT and PEX plastics as inner and outer layers, and ultrasonic welding as middle layers. The five-layer lap-welded aluminium-plastic composite pipe with hot melt adhesive layer between aluminium pipe and plastic is used.
Overlap welded aluminium-plastic composite pipes are used for cold and hot water and gas transportation with low pressure requirements. They are light in weight, easy to install, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant. The composite pipe has the advantages of low comprehensive cost and metal and plastic pipes.
