After the waste is put into the machine pot, the material is quickly cut into pieces by the shearing action of the rotating blade and the fixed blade at high speed. The cut material or piece flows along the inner wall of the pot under the centrifugal force of the rotary cutter head, while the material is turned up and down by the action of the lower propeller, moving from all around to the center of the pot body. Due to the friction between the material itself and the pan wall and blade at high speed, a large amount of friction heat is generated, which makes the material temperature rise rapidly to semi-plasticized state and adhere to each other into small pieces. Before the material is about to be caked, all the pre-prepared quantitative water is sprayed into the material.
